At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO/FPO address.
What shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?
Shipping is free for all orders with a subtotal over $50.
For orders under $50 shipping will calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Skin ADX purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to help@skinadx.com within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide return information and mailing information. We will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Product Questions
Why are there Best By dates printed on some products and not others?
Our water-based products, lotions and tones, have a "Best By Date" of nine months from manufacture. We recommend using the Oils within 12 months of opening.
Does Skin ADX use bergaptene-free bergamot oil in products ?
We only use organic bergamot FCF, which means it’s bergapten-free and won’t cause photosensitivity.
Do your products contain gluten?
Our ingredients do not contain gluten. However, they are not certified gluten-free, as we do not formulate them in a gluten-free facility.
